Check-In & Check-Out

Our standard check-in and check-out times are:

Check-in time: 11:00 AM onwards.
Check-out time: Before 9:30 AM.

Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests are required to present a valid photo ID upon arrival.

Booking Guidelines

All bookings require a 50% advance payment to secure your stay. Guests must present a valid ID during check‑in for verification.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free cancellation if cancelled before 14 days. 50% cancellation charge for cancellation within 3-14 days window, and 100% cancellation charge for cancellation in last 3 days.

Code of Conduct & Liabilities

Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect other guests and staff. The hotel reserves the right to terminate accommodation in case of serious misconduct or violation of guest policies. Any damage to hotel property will be charged directly to the registered guest.
